Planning a trip to Music City? For a weekend or for months?

We are working on adding family friendly amenities to the unit (this is a new unit for us). Retractable baby gates for the stairs, a pack n play (with mattress and sheets), high chair, stroller, kids dishes and cutlery, baby monitor, blackout curtains, kids toys, etc. are on the way. Please ask if there is anything you need or are looking for and want to be sure it will be in the unit during your stay. We're also doing a very exciting redesign of the roof deck so stay tuned for that! This is a townhouse which means there are stairs. For that reason, this listing is not appropriate for people with mobility issues. There has been a lot of griping on the internet lately about "chore lists" on airbnb. We do ask our guests to do some very basic things before they head out. We think of them less as chores and more as just being a decent human. I am listing them here. If you'd rather not do these things, it's no problem. Just book a different listing. -Please leave all used towels in the bathroom floors. No need to strip the beds. -Please place all garbage in cans next to the garage. -Please dispose of any open food prior to leaving. If you have unopened items you wish to pass along to the next guests, feel free to leave them. -Please load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and turn it on. -Please take a minute or 2 to look under the beds, in the drawers, and anywhere else your things may have made there way to during your stay. -Please make sure all of the doors and windows are locked before you head out. The house is kept clean and we also have regular pest control service. However, this is Tennessee and you may see a bug. It just comes with the territory. Also, we do not give refunds. If a problem arises (and they do), we will do everything possible to fix it, but we don’t grant refunds for minor inconveniences. Along with griping about “chores,” there is also a lot of chatter on the internet about how to get money back on a stay and screw over your host. If you’re planning to show up, find things to complain about, and ask for a refund, do not book this property. We don’t play that game. Seriously.
