The beautifully decorated living room features fresh wood floors, designer touches, and comfy yet stylish sofas and chairs. This space is perfect for socializing when you’re not out and about. It’s open to the kitchen, so drinks and snacks are nearby, and the smart TV offers lots of streaming options including Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. KITCHEN & DINING Channel your inner chef in the sparkling kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a peninsula with additional seating. For our fellow caffeine addicts, a Keurig is provided (If you prefer drip coffee, let us know. We’re happy to drop off a traditional coffee pot). Nashville and the surrounding areas have many amazing restaurants from fancy to dive bars, but, in case you’re in the mood to dine in, the dining area features a contemporary dining table that can seat 4 with additional seating for 2 at the bar. BEDROOMS & BATHS This home accommodates up to six guests between the three bedrooms. Each bed is appointed with luxury hotel bedding. The spacious master suite has a California king-size bed as well as a TV that invites you to watch your favorite shows from the privacy of your bedroom; stream from one of the many streaming services. Unpack and spread out in the two spacious closets. The en-suite master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a marble double vanity. Both guest rooms have comfy queen-size beds, while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a stylish vanity with mixed metal accents. The larger room has a sectional sofa for lounging and both rooms feature great natural light and large closets. OUTDOOR AREAS Sip drinks on the back patio, furnished with comfortable seating for four around the fire pit. The outdoor dining table can seat 6. The fenced backyard is perfect for picnics or naps in the sun and includes a playhouse for kids. A heavy duty grill is located just outside off of the kitchen, perfect for a bbq day! EXTRA AMENITIES Additional perks include a washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. Access to the 2 car garage is also included.
