This is a townhouse which means there are stairs. For that reason, this listing is not appropriate for people with mobility issues. Please follow these guidelines to ensure that the hot tub stays clean: 1. Keep cover on hot tub when not in use. 2. Rinse off before entering, especially your feet. 3. No food in the hot tub or spilled drinks. 4. Only POTTY-TRAINED children allowed 5. Do not adjust any settings on the panel OTHER THAN jets, lights, audio, or temperature. 6. If you are unsure, just to be safe: no solids or liquids of any kind that are not "meant" to be inside the hot tub. As part of the cost of their stay, our guests receive a damage waiver for up to $2,500 of accidental damage. No need to stress but please let us know if something gets broken so that we can arrange for its repair or replacement after your departure and be ready for our next guests.

Neighborhood

Berry Hill is a fun and creative part of Nashville, very close to downtown. It has recording studios, shops, and restaurants, and even a park for both people and dogs. It is close to anywhere you might want to go in town.

Guest Access

The whole space is for guest use. The only exceptions are the locked housekeeping closet in the game room and the locked mechanical closets through out the house (there are 3 that contain the hvac units and hot water heater).
