Lovely single family home with plenty of space for a family or roommates to all have their own private space as well as plenty of space to gather. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, only 15 minutes from downtown Nashville but feels a world away. 1st Floor Family room/den and 1 bedroom and bathroom The first floor includes a comfy lounge area complete with a 55" smart TV. There is also a desk to accommodate any digital nomads or other people who may be working from home. One of the three bedrooms is also on the bottom floor. It is equipped with a double bed with a brand new memory foam mattress as well as a dresser. Two closets in the lounge area are also available for clothes or other storage. A full bath is also on the bottom floor and serves this bedroom. The laundry room is on the bottom level as well. 2nd Floor The main entrance is located on the 2nd floor. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are also located on this level. The kitchen has been freshly updated and has been fully stocked with anything you might need to whip up a great meal. The dining room seats 6 in comfortable chairs next to the French doors which open onto a large screened in deck and flows naturally into the living area, which offers additional seating in front of the large smart TV. The other 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The primary is slightly larger and has a queen size bed and a larger closet. It also has a dresser for clothes storage and black out curtains in case you work the night shift or just prefer a really dark room for sleeping. The other bedroom has a double bed as well as a dresser and closet for clothes storage. The two bedrooms share a bathroom on the main floor. They have been designed to be both comfortable and beautiful. Other things to note: There is abundant parking available in the driveway. It's not really visible from the pictures but the backyard is fully fenced. There is a gate adjacent to the driveway that when closed, makes the yard completely fenced.

Quiet neighborhood close to I-24 for access to downtown Nashville or the airport. Public transportation is lacking in Nashville, so you'll want to have a car or you'll be depending on ride shares often.
Guest Access
The entire house is for your exclusive use during your stay. The only exceptions are the dining room closet which is locked and for the use of the owner and housekeeping and the garage, which is also off limits and being used as storage.
