"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The decor was stylish, the beds and couches were comfortable, and the hot tub and game room were a blast. Other Details to Note

The house does have stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible. However, for those with limited mobility but that can handle a few stairs, there are only 6 steps into the main level and there are 2 bedrooms on that level, as well as the kitchen, living, and dining spaces. The driveway is steep (but paved!) and the last mile of the road to get to the cabin is a little rough, so please pay attention to the weather. If the driveway and roads ice over, you will not be able to make it down the driveway. However, there is parking for 4+ vehicles on the road next to the mailbox, which is still just steps from the front door. We have regular pest control but this is Tennessee and a house in the middle of the woods. You may see a bug. It’s nothing to be alarmed about. Follow basic tasks before check-out (trash in cans, dishwasher on). Your stay includes a damage waiver that covers accidental damage of up to $2,500. Relax! No need to worry about your child spilling on a rug or breaking a glass. We've got it covered. If damage does occur, no need to stress, but please do let us know so that we can arrange for repair or replacement after your departure so that we are ready for our next guests. Dogs must be crated when left in the home alone. Guests agree to be responsible for any and all damage caused by pets.

Great place to stay! The house was spacious for our friends group and we loved the sunroom in the back. Host was friendly and answered our questions quickly when we had them. Short drive to Smithville and easy to get to a boat ramp if you have a boat. Will definitely be back

We had an amazing time staying here for our family vacation. The basement being a perfect place for kids to hangout and get away. Short drive to marina, beach, other hangout spots! The hosts were amazing at responding and helping us get the things that were needed!

This cabin in a hidden tucked away part of East Tennessee is absolutely beautiful. The drive is a bit of a commute through some narrow roads but the traffic is almost nonexistent and the seclusion is very nice. Each floor has a patio with an amazing view of the mountainsides and if you are brave and athletic enough through the brush in the back there is a small lake with an amazing view. The host is amazing there was everything we would ever need with the city being a bit of a drive back that was great to see. A nice touch was the fire pit with tons of chopped wood to set up a fire and look out at the stars. If you yearn for an escape in nature but still want to be comfortable this is defined the place for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The decor was stylish, the beds and couches were super comfortable, and the hot tub and game room were a blast. Great cabin spot in the woods and peaceful away from other close neighbors. Has lots of amenities and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed cooking and eating so the kitchen was a nice center focus of our stay. The host was very professional and proactive and gave us nice clear instructions. Thank you for your hospitality!
