This is a townhouse which means there are stairs. For that reason, this listing is not appropriate for people with mobility issues. The house is kept clean and we also have regular pest control service. However, this is Tennessee and you may see a bug. It just comes with the territory. Also, we do not give refunds. If a problem arises (and they sometimes do), we will do everything possible to fix it, but we don’t grant refunds for minor inconveniences. Along with griping about “chores,” there is also a lot of chatter on the internet about how to get money back on a stay and screw over your host. If you’re planning to show up, find things to complain about, and ask for a refund, do not book this property. We don’t play that game. Seriously. This may be a new listing but we are not new hosts. Try that with someone who hasn’t been hosting for a decade.

Nashville is not known for its public transport (unfortunately). You’re going to want a car to get around or you can use Ubers or Lyfts. They are abundant and relatively inexpensive. I recommend those for visits to lower Broadway (parking is horrible and expensive down there).
