The house has stairs. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Follow basic tasks before check-out (trash in cans, dishwasher on). Your stay includes a damage waiver that covers accidental damage of up to $2,500. Relax! No need to worry about your child spilling on a rug or breaking a glass. We've got it covered. If damage does occur, no need to stress, but please do let us know so that we can arrange for repair or replacement after your departure so that we are ready for our next guests.
