This is a great house in a very beautiful location! It's super peaceful with walk ways to a pond, coffee shops and more. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was amazing! Overall, a great experience!

Shannon’s place was clean, bright and in a wonderful neighborhood. Easy to walk, close to restaurants and coffee shops. Was the perfect place for our family for a couple of weeks.

This home was perfect for a quick weekend in Nashville. It wasn’t too far from downtown or the Opry. It has breathtaking views both in the morning and the evenings. We were in town for my daughter’s engagement and we were able to spend some time in the home as well. After an exhausting 10 hour drive (because of wrecks/delays) the screened in back porch was just what we needed before preparing for the party the following day. We will definitely be returning since my daughter will be a resident of Nashville now. 🤍

Shannon went above and beyond for my last minute accommodation. I cannot thank her and her team enough. The home is quiet, comfy, and spacious. Not one flaw or con to report. If I could give 20 stars I would. Definitely saving this as one of my favorite locations. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved the place! The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. The amenities the home included were beyond what we expected. There was a canoe, fishing poles, grill, tons of games and so much wood to have fires every night. The home was beautiful as well and was beyond our expectations. We would LOVE to go back!

Saw so much wildlife (deer, turkeys, groundhogs, geese, herons and turtles). Perfect place for our family with plenty of space. Would definitely come back. Fishing was a little slow because of the heat but nothing you can do about that. Well expected the travel times to Nashville for a couple trips but definitely still manageable. Great local restaurants and close to grocery stores. Can’t say enough.

The house was beautiful, and the views were even better! We loved the screened in porch, fishing off the dock, and the big yard for the kids to play in. A great get away!

Great place to stay! The house was spacious for our friends group and we loved the sunroom in the back. Host was friendly and answered our questions quickly when we had them. Short drive to Smithville and easy to get to a boat ramp if you have a boat. Will definitely be back

We had an amazing time during our stay! We brought our kayaks and loved being on the water! There was also a canoe on site. The house is just as pictured and very spacious for our family of 7. We were able to see wildlife right outside the windows: deer, groundhogs, etc. We were also able to watch and video a flock of geese as they graces the back yard. The hosts were so nice, helpful, and very responsive. We will definitely book again when in the area and recommend this location.
